Donna Stevener

Donna Stevener is LADWP’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), reporting directly to the General Manager. As CAO, Donna oversees the Joint System, Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain Services, Metering, Billing, Equal Employment Office, and Program Management. Her 25 years of experience in the utility industry includes work in finance and accounting, treasury, budget, debt management, power generation, power resources, risk management, information technology, customer service, meter reading, field services, customer billing, power supply settlements, rates and facilities management.
Previous to LADWP, Donna worked at the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA), where she was both Assistant General Manager of Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer since 2005.
