Ellecia is currently in the role of Diversity Program Advisor at Southern California Edison, responsible for driving the development and implementation of a company-wide Diversity & Inclusion strategic initiative for effectively leveraging Edison’s Employee Resource Groups. In this role, Ellecia has oversight of the ERG governance, and annual business planning process to ensure strategic alignment with Edison’s overall Diversity & Inclusion strategy and business outcomes, with a clear focus on people, culture and community. Ellecia is an experienced results-oriented business professional possessing an extensive range of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition with a proven ability to integrate effective strategies into organizational business solutions and expertise driving Diversity & Inclusion with a focus on culture change, consulting, strategic development, change management and program management.
