I wrote the strategy for and operationalized the Social Media Centers at Georgia Power in 2015, ranked #1 by J.D. Power 2017-2018, Southern Company Gas in 2017 and for social customer care at AEP Corporation in 2018 which was recognized as a Best Practice by J.D. Power in 2019.
