Erich Trombley

Erich Trombley, P.E. is the Manager of Engineering for Southwest Gas Corporation based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Erich has been with Southwest Gas for over 20 years. His current job responsibilities include oversight of regulatory compliance and pipeline safety for the Company’s operations and maintenance (O&M) activities which conform to the prescribed safety requirements of Title 49 CFR Part 192 as well as the appropriate sections of state code for Arizona, California and Nevada governing natural gas pipeline facilities. This includes the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and abandonment of the facilities owned and operated by the Company. Previous responsibilities included key account management, corporate pipeline security, research and development, contractor quality installation program (CQIP), material failure investigations, laboratory testing services and the Company’s Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP).

Erich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a licensed professional mechanical engineer in the state of California.
