Gabe has 20 years of experience in the fields of human resource management, corporate training, and performance consulting spanning the public and private sectors. He is a Senior Organization Development Consultant and Business Partner supporting leaders across the Workforce Enterprise Services business unit at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).

Gabe partners with leaders to develop customized solutions to optimize performance at the organization, team, and individual levels. He delivers talent management services such as workforce planning, succession planning, team development, strategic planning, leadership coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
