Gail Zody-Serbia

Gail joined Southwest Gas Corporation in August 2017 as the Human Resources Director. Some of her responsibilities include oversight of Corporate/Division HR, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning/OD, Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, and Compliance. Gail also has extensive experience championing process improvement initiatives and digital transformation.
Gail has over 19 years of Human Resources experience and holds a Masters Degree in Business Management, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science.
