Gilbert Archuleta

Gilbert Archuleta currently serves as Manager, Customer & System Projects for Puget Sound Energy. He is responsible for regional teams of project managers and engineering staff who drive new customer construction projects, plat/major developments and public improvement projects. He previously was the Manager, Customer Care Operations for PSE’s customer facing organization which includes a 200+ seat call center, back office team, escalated complaints and new customer construction services. He joined PSE in March 2009. Prior to joining PSE, Gilbert was a 13 year employee of Qwest Communications. Gilbert served six years as Chairman of the Board for a small Seattle arts organization, served as a City of Seattle Commissioner and is captain of his USTA tennis team. Gilbert holds Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
