Gilbert Archuleta

Gilbert Archuleta currently serves as Manager, Customer & System Projects for Puget Sound Energy. He is responsible for regional teams of project managers and engineering staff who drive new customer construction projects, plat/major developments and public improvement projects. He previously was the Manager, Customer Care Operations for PSE’s customer facing organization which includes a 200+ seat call center, back office team, escalated complaints and new customer construction services. He joined PSE in March 2009. Prior to joining PSE, Gilbert was a 13 year employee of Qwest Communications. His last position was Manager Billing Services where he led a national team for Qwest’s Business Market Group. The team’s contribution under Gilbert’s leadership recognized $6M in revenue recovery through process improvements, productivity efficiencies and reduced cycle time for handling billing disputes. Gilbert held a range of positions for U S WEST and then Qwest in his tenure. He supervised various teams including: call centers, resource allocation for field operations, order management, billing inquiry and process improvement teams. In addition to his professional experience, Gilbert served six years as Chairman of the Board for a small Seattle arts organization, served as a City of Seattle Commissioner and is captain of his USTA tennis team. Gilbert holds Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
