Greg Davis

Greg Davis, Principal Electrical Engineer on the Public Safety Power Shutoff team, Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Greg Davis has been working with electric transmission lines for over 15 years. He began his career as a project engineer creating innovative solutions for projects involving new lines, reconductoring and reliability work. In this role Greg worked on some of the largest overhead transmission projects at PG&E. Subsequently, he has supervised project engineering teams, project management teams and in 2018 began working in the area of wildfire and transmission lines. Greg currently is focused on using risk based models to inform scoping of transmission lines in a PSPS event. Greg has a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of California at Berkeley.
