Gregory Wells

Greg is responsible for Customer Services within the Electricity Distribution and Transmission departments at EPCOR. Over the course of Greg’s career, he has worked on designing and deploying key strategic and transformational activities, and has championed exceptional customer experiences throughout the power and telecommunications industries. During his time at EPCOR Greg has implemented various call deflection strategies, which resulted in a reduction of call volumes and significantly improved operating efficiencies and customer satisfaction metrics. Greg was recently married in the Dominican Republic, is a terrible golfer and a sad…but loyal Edmonton Oilers fan.
