Harley Hartman

Harley began his career in the damage prevention industry in 1999 when he started at ELM Locating & Utility Services as a locate technician. He served as a locate technician for two years and then moved into management. He was a City Manager from 2002-2006 in the Utah cities of Logan, Ogden, and Salt Lake City. From 2006-2007 he was State Manager in South Dakota, and from 2007-2010 he was State Manager for Colorado. Harley became a State Director over the states of Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming from 2010 through September of 2011. Since then, Harley has been a Regional Vice President, supervising the operation of several states. He is now Sr. Vice President of Operations, in charge of all operational functions across ELM’s footprint.
