Harsh Grover

Harsh Grover is currently leading Smart Distribution Operations at PG&E. She has been with PG&E for eight years and has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Company, most recently as Manager of Applicant Design in Service Planning and Design. In this role, Harsh led a large team of Program Managers, ADEs and Estimators; and brought significant improvements to the Applicant Design process including reduction of Global and Design Review cycle times for both Gas and Electric. Prior to Applicant Design, Harsh led Emergency, Maintenance and Operations Programs, and held roles in Business Finance supporting Maintenance and Construction.

Prior to joining PG&E, Harsh spent several years with IBM Global Services, KLA-Tencor and KPMG. She holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategy from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University in Utah. She holds a BS in Computer Science and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. In her spare time Harsh enjoys traveling and reading.
