Heather Burns

Heather Burns is the Director of Human Resources at NorthWestern Energy where she has worked for over 20 years. In her role she oversees organizational development, workforce planning including succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training and employee communication. Her passions include leadership and organizational culture, and developing strategies to enable both. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a graduate of the University of Idaho’s Utility Executive Course.
