Heather Cantor is a senior customer service analyst at SRP with more than 30 years of experience assisting with the evolution of the company’s core billing and customer relationship systems. In her time at SRP, Heather has lead both standard billing and prepay teams. While doing so, she streamlined processes for meter exchanges, daily bill publication and quality reviews. She has also provided her billing expertise to help define SRP’s heat moratorium policy and next generation prepay program. Heather is married with two teenage boys.
