Heather Holladay

As an Integrated Health Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), Heather is responsible for managing several companywide health and wellness programs, including PG&E’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Peer Volunteer Program—a peer support program for alcohol and substance use disorders which has been used as a benchmark program for other California utilities. During her more than nine years at PG&E, Heather has launched an award-winning lactation room program, started a mindfulness meditation program, established a mental health Employee Resource Group, and helped launch a psychological safety initiative. Prior to joining PG&E, Heather worked in school counseling, marriage and family therapy, and university student advising.
