Ian Benson’s 15+ year career has been dedicated to the delivery of digital transformation projects helping clients transform their front, middle and back office operations to meet the ever changing needs of their customers in the Utilities industry. Ian has lead global, cross-functional teams in the analysis, design and optimization of digital experiences that drive operational improvements and bottom line financial growth including multiple end-to-end advanced metering infrastructure implementations across the country in his time as a consultant at Accenture, IBM and KPMG. At KPMG Ian focuses on designing and delivering connected experiences utilizing his deep understanding of data, analytics, technology trends and capabilities consumer behavior to drive improvements in customer service, field and call center operations.
