Ivan Insua

Ivan Insua serves as the Director of Hydro Generation at Salt River Project (SRP), a not-for-profit provider of water and power in central Arizona. Working with internal and external partners, Ivan is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of dams and hydroelectric facilities under the care of SRP, on behalf of the Bureau of Reclamation. Ivan has nearly two decades of experience in the utility industry which includes plant engineering and operations, outage planning and scheduling, resource analysis and strategy. Ivan is also a member of the SRP Power System DE&I Committee, a cross-departmental team currently delving into gender equity matters within the organization.
