Ivonne Meza is passionate about continuous process improvements, currently she works for SoCal Gas as a Technical Advisor on the Operations Support team. Her role involves writing policies and for 500+ employees to ensure governmental compliance, strategic goals, and excellent customer service is provided. Ivonne’s career spans 19 years in the Customer Operations organization, holding various positions including customer service representative, training instructor, supervisor, business systems analyst and performance advisor- all which help drive the passion to make things better for every layer of customer service involved.
