Janette Cruz

Janette Cruz joined SMUD in 2015 as an enterprise performance planning coordinator before quickly becoming the senior enterprise performance planning coordinator in the Planning, Pricing & Enterprise Performance group overseeing SMUD’s Enterprise Metrics and facilitating the governance for their Enterprise Projects. Since joining SMUD, she helped develop the framework for SMUD’s Enterprise Performance Goals tracking and reporting and is currently leading the implementation of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool that gives us the capability to streamline and consolidate enterprise project details and coordination.
