Janette Piankoff

Dr. Janette Piankoff, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at SDG&E, has over 25 years of HR and Organizational Development experience.

She has worked for large public companies, internet start-ups, small family-owned businesses and her own leadership consulting organization. While well-versed in the HR Generalist function, her expertise and passion lies in Organization Development including Executive Leadership Assessment and Development.

Dr. Piankoff has worked for the Sempra family of companies for over 15 years. In her current role, she is responsible for Organizational Effectiveness including Organization Development and People Research for SDG&E.

Dr. Piankoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in I/O Psychology from San Francisco State University and Masters of Arts and Ph.D. degrees in I/O Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.

She is a member of SIOP and has served on numerous boards in the San Diego area.

A native Californian, Janette has been living in San Diego for 25 years.
