Jason Schnell

Mr. Jason Schnell is Manager of Contract Construction at ATCO Gas located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Jason is a professional engineer and graduated from the University of Regina in 2001 with a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering. He has 15 years of experience working for a gas distribution company, where he has spent time in a variety of roles in engineering, operations and construction. In his current role, Jason is responsible for the oversight of contracted capital construction activity in the Calgary Region. The work that is completed by these contractors consists of the installation of new gas mains and services, as well as the replacement and relocation of existing gas distribution infrastructure. Much of Jason’s work focuses on managing and allocating construction resources in his area so that sufficient capacity is available to meet externally driven customer demand and internally driven program targets.
