Jason Walborn

Jason Walborn has 25 years’ experience with infrastructure analysis, development and renewal, and is currently engaged with hundreds of governmental entities, infrastructure owner/operators and utility companies, providing infrastructure renewal services. Jason’s knowledge on data management, processes and infrastructure condition help owners prioritize and budget their renewal effort. Jason’s career started in the early ‘90s in civil infrastructure (surveying, engineering & construction), and in 2011, Jason joined PRO-PIPE, a division of Hoffman Southwest Corp., to manage the business development strategy and provide renewal solutions to infrastructure owners. Jason is the company’s contractors-license qualifier, a member of NASSCO (Pacp/Macp/Lacp certified), and the Co-chair for the NASSCO Lateral Committee.
