Jeff Hardman

Jeff is the Process and Performance Manager of BC Hydro’s Contact Centre and Billing Operations department. Jeff leads a team of managers and their support staff responsible for workforce planning, knowledge management, quality assurance, training and continuous improvement. Jeff has 19 years of Customer Service experience in the utility industry, holding various leadership positions while working with BC Hydro and Accenture Business Services. Preceding his current role Jeff was responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer services for BC Hydro by an outsourcing partner and was part of a team responsible for successfully transitioning those functions back in house to BC Hydro in May of 2018.
