Jeff Potter

Jeff Potter, Senior Engineer at Avista Utilities has electric utility experience spanning 41 years. Joining Avista in 2006 Jeff has worked in Avista’s Distribution Dispatch center as a primary support for Avista’s OMS, DMS and the ARCOS callout tool. Jeff has also been involved with the development, training and implementation of Avista’s Emergency Operation Plan.
Prior to joining Avista Jeff spent several years at utilities in western Washington and Idaho. Jeff’s experience included positions as a Manger of IT, Manager of Engineering, Manager of New Construction, Product Manager, Project Manager and Systems Engineer.
