Jeffrey Bolton

Jeff Bolton was named Emergency Management Program Manager for Pacific Power in April 2017. In this role, he is responsible for planning, organizing and maintaining the company’s emergency management program. This includes duties such as compliance assurance, preparedness training, exercise planning and advising senior management.

Jeff joined PacifiCorp, parent company of Pacific Power, in 2015 as the Hydroelectric Resources Emergency Services Manager where he was responsible for emergency management, security and public safety in and around PacifiCorp’s hydroelectric sites in seven states.

Prior to joining PacifiCorp, Jeff spent twenty years in the United States Air Force with various assignments in the Security Police career field.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Crisis and Disaster Management from Everglades University in Boca Raton, Florida.
