Jen Pearson

Jen Pearson is the Safety Manager at Avista Utilities In Spokane, WA where she leads a team that supports safety and health for the entire organization. Prior to this role she was the Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) Manager. Her work focused on integrating Human Performance Improvement (HPI) tools and methodologies into Avista’s practices and supporting organization learning around safety. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s in Professional Studies in Education and an MBA in Strategic Leadership. She has her OSHA-30 Certificate and is currently working on becoming a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP).
