Jenna Rowell

Jenna Rowell joined Arizona Public Service in 2012 to lead a newly formed employee communications team. She moved to Community Affairs in late 2014, overseeing a team of community affairs managers based around the APS service territory to manage relationships with public officials, community leaders and non-profit partners. In January 2018 she accepted a new role as manager, media relations responsible for the company’s reputation and issues management with media outlets as well as crisis communications. Her more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of corporate communications has spanned diverse industries including copper mining, oil and gas, retail electricity (Texas) and aerospace. She has an MBA from the University of Houston and a B.S. in public relations and a B.A. in Spanish from Northern Arizona University. She is accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
