Jennifer Bauman

Jennifer Bauman is a Customer Outreach Coordinator at Puget Sound Energy. She has more than 11 years’ experience in customer support roles at PSE, with nearly 6 years’ experience strategically implementing communications plans for PSE’s electric and natural gas infrastructure projects. She communicates with customers about maintenance, upgrade and system reliability projects in the pre-construction and construction phase, working side-by-side with PSE’s Operations teams and service providers to keep customers informed, set clear expectations and resolve customer issues. Jennifer has also worked with Operations partners to improve customer-facing processes, including planned power outage communications and pandemic-related process changes, and has experience communicating with customers during storms and other emergency events.
