Jennifer Esch is currently the Customer Service Credit and Collections Manager. She has been in this role for over 3 years and is responsible for managing residential and commercial collections, utility commission complaints, regulatory requirements and full time contact center personnel.
In her previous 17 years with Avista she held roles including Meter Reading and Billing Manager, Training and Development Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Representative.
Jennifer is currently participating in an Integrated Measurement cross functional team with the goal of creating an overarching performance management model. This year she completed a Business Process Improvement course study. Jennifer was selected and completed a leadership development opportunity called the Aspiring Leader Program. This opportunity extended her learning about what it takes to be a successful leader in this industry.
