Jennifer Kitchen

As Seattle City Light’s Workforce Development Manager, Jennifer Kitchen oversees professional development and technical training, leadership development, internship programs and employee engagement efforts for all 1,900 employees. She has worked in the areas of education and training for 15 years both in her hometown of Chicago and her chosen home of Seattle.
