Jennifer L’Heureux

Relevant, welcoming and engaging, Jennifer L’Heureux approaches every situation with an interactive style that quickly brings out the energy of every individual and group she is working with; inspiring a new way of thinking and a unique approach to the task at hand.

Currently based in Toronto, Jennifer has had the opportunity to work and volunteer throughout the world. Cultivating experiences in North and South America, Europe and Africa, Jennifer has learned first-hand how the diversity of thought and expertise makes us stronger. She has 15 years’ experience implementing global Business Continuity and Emergency Preparedness strategies and leading large change and transformation projects. She expertly designs and delivers leadership programs and workshops for people at all levels and has also acted as an internal design thinking coach with various companies, including GE, ABN AMRO, CIBC and the Government of Canada.

When not working, she devours the written word, hangs out in warrior pose and is usually found with a knitting project in her lap.

Jennifer has a Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
