Jennifer Womack

Jennifer Womack, CISSP, is the Manager Cyber Defense Center for Puget Sound Energy. Her team is responsible for Incident Detection and Response, Forensics, Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence.

Jennifer has worked for Puget Sound Energy since 2008. She has held various roles within Security, Risk and Compliance as well as Infrastructure Security. She previously worked for the Director IT Security, CISO managing strategic initiatives, cybersecurity awareness and metrics.

Her favorite project was assessing generation facilities for NERC CIP V5 preparation and roll out. She is passionate about getting IT folks into the field to see the differences between a desk, data center, substation and generation facility. She is equally invested in enabling the business to understand cybersecurity risks and mitigations.
