Jeremy Gall

Jeremy leads the Craft and Technical Training team in the design, development and implementation of training programs across Avista’s electric and gas operations in four states. This work includes administering Avista’s 12 registered apprenticeship programs and the Avista/Spokane Community College Pre-Apprentice Schools. Jeremy holds a BA in Christian Ministry from Messenger College and a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Evangel University.

Prior to Avista Jeremy served as an Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS Parche and as an instructor in the US Navy’s nuclear power program. He has also managed training and leadership development programs at AT&T in Dallas, TX, Joplin, MO, and Bothell, WA. Jeremy facilitates the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee at Avista and serves on the advisory board for the Pacific Northwest Center of Excellence for Clean Energy.
