Jerry Bolivar

Jerry Bolivar is an Emergency Management Advisor, whose work is currently focused on the Planning and Preparedness section. He started his career with SoCalGas in 2004 working in the field where he gained experience in the customer service branch. In 2016 He got promoted into management ranks where he used his experience as a Field Instructor, Quality Assurance Specialist and Meter Inspections Supervisor. He then joined Emergency Management in 2020 as an Advisor overseen Message Center Report training and documentation.
Jerry has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of La Verne, California, and a Project Management Certification from the California Institute of Technology.
