Jessica Jackson

Jessica Jackson is a Municipal Land Planner for Puget Sound Energy. In her role, she secures environmental and land use permits for both electrical and natural gas infrastructure projects across PSE’s service territory. Jessica also leads the company’s effort to develop a Habitat Conservation Plan with US Fish and Wildlife Service for the conservation of prairie-dependent protected species in Thurston County while allowing PSE to complete crucial system projects. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in environmental engineering from Loyola Marymount University. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family, especially hiking and playing board games together.
