Joe Clifton

Joe Clifton has been in the utility business for nearly 30 years with the last 15 years at PacifiCorp in various positions including: T and D Infrastructure Supervisor, project manager in Business Improvement, Manager of Data Management and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) departments, and Asset Strategy Manager. Prior to PacifiCorp, he worked in the telecom industry as an installer, journeyman communication technician, construction manager, and director of engineering services. He spends his off time with his lovely wife Mackie, that’s her real name, riding bicycles around the northwest and creating awesome art.
