Joe Colett

Joe Colett is an Emerging Technologies Product Manager at Portland General Electric where he is currently focused on transportation electrification and residential energy storage pilot program design and implementation. Joe has been with PGE for two years and previously worked as a technical consultant conducting research on energy efficiency standards and test procedures for utilities and advocacy organizations. Joe holds master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and sustainable systems from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University.
