Joe Villareal

Joe Villareal is the Assistant Director for Employee Development and Support within the Customer Service Division at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. EDS provides Safety and Training for the 800+ employees within the Customer Service Division which includes new employee training, skill enhancement training, career development training as well as safety and compliance training. In his 20+ years with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Mr. Villareal work experiences have touched various areas of the meter to cash process with focus on the customer experience.
