John Woodyard

John is an independent consultant with over 40 year of experience assisting clients in the areas of PCB regulatory compliance and remediation. He has served as a consultant to AGA, INGAA and USWAG on national PCB management technical and regulatory issues and aided numerous natural gas transmission/distribution and electric utility clients in complying with the 1998 PCB Disposal Amendments. He holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in several states. He is also a former Chairman of the Pacific Coast Gas Association (WEI) Environmental Committee.
