Jose Ruiz

José Ruiz received his M.S. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012. In 2011, he joined ABB Inc. as a postgraduate student and worked as a Protection Application Engineer. At ABB Inc., he shared his expertise with customers in the power industry through trainings, projects, and providing technical support. He became later the Lead Engineering Customer Support. José joined Doble Engineering in 2016, where he currently is a Senior Technical Application Engineer. He continues to support customers on their relay testing needs through training, technical support and testing of improved testing tools. José has also been involved on new software and hardware developments at Doble, related to digital testing. He is an active senior member of the IEEE PSRCC.
