Judy Cocchiarella

Judy Cocchiarella is the Manager of Organizational Change Management within the Enterprise Projects and Performance Department at Puget Sound Energy. The EP&P was created in the Fall of 2016 so is a relatively new organization. The EP&P has 3 departments within it including Performance Improvement and Project Practices along with OCM. Judy previously built the Business Analyst Practice within the IT PMO at PSE which was involved in change management, and has a background in continuous improvement. She is certified as an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
