Julie Barton-Smith

Julie Barton-Smith is a supervisory electrics engineer in the Communication & Control Planning, Transmission Planning and Asset Management at Bonneville Power Administration. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Montana in 1995 and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Portland in 2006. Julie has been active in the policy, planning, and commercial aspects of BPA’s fiber program since 2007.
