Julie has worked in the utility industry for 26 years starting at Montana Power Company/NorthWestern Energy as a customer service representative and moving into the position of Customer Care Trainer and holding that position for 11 years. While working as the Trainer Julie became very interested in the technical side of the business and transitioned into a Business Analyst position where she supported the Credit and Collections group and self-service options, such as Online Customer Care and the IVR. Currently, Julie is the Director of CX and Support and leads the CIS business analysts and the training/quality team. Julie is very passionate about learning the details of how processes work and working on new projects that lead to better ways for employees to do their jobs and for the company to stay in the front of the pack when it comes to technology.
