Justin Brock

I have been employed at Northern Wasco County People’s Utility District since October of 2015. Operated as a power resource analyst for several years until given the opportunity to manage key accounts and the project management office. Developed and executed many internal projects and customer focused programs. June 2020, an opportunity arose to manage the customer service department and have been operating in that capacity since. Received BS in Energy Management in 2011, and MS in Energy Management in 2015. Wife also works in the industry as a member service manager at a neighboring utility.
