Justin Rathburn

Justin Rathburn has been with Puget Sound Energy since 2011, starting as a contract Project Manager and moving into a number of roles in Compliance and Security & Risk. With a broad IT background including desktop, server, and network support, database management, and application development, he now focuses on identifying, quantifying, and addressing cyber security risks associated with enterprise projects and technology.
