Karine McClosky

Karine McClosky is an Expert Customer Insights Strategist and a proud advocate for the more than 15 million Californians who depend on Pacific Gas & Electric. Using a combination of data and storytelling, Karine focuses on bringing the customer to life, building empathy, and challenging leaders across the company to design communications, programs, and outreach around customers. She is responsible for leading customer research for a variety of groups, including vulnerable customers, small & medium business owners, and the millions impacted by Public Safety Power Shutoffs.
In addition to her work on the Customer Experience and Insights team, Karine serves on the board of the PG&E Women’s Network and is the Co-Director of the PG&E Working Parents Committee. When she’s not working, Karine enjoys venturing outdoors, snuggling with her children, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors. She has a B.A. in International Relations from University of California – Davis and an MBA from Boston University.
