Katherine Hellfritz

Katie Hellfritz is a 30+ year employee of Xcel Energy out of Denver, Colorado where she currently holds the position of Senior Director, Gas Governance. Her current role is to provide strategic leadership in the implementation of the Company’s Pipeline Safety Management System. She has held previous positions in leading the Transmission and Distribution Integrity Management Programs, Gas Standards, and the Quality Assurance/Quality Control departments for the seven states in which Xcel Energy operates gas assets.
She enjoys spending time with her family, husband Mark and daughters Erika and Lindsay, reading, gardening, and is an avid Colorado Avalanche hockey fan.
