Kcammee Vreman is the Director of the Project Governance and Controls Department, Gas Operations at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). Her department provides project management support for the $800 million annual project portfolio to build the next-generation gas transmission system. She is responsible for program management governance and project controls supporting the infrastructure upgrades for PG&E’s ~6,750 mile network of gas transmission pipelines. Kcammee joined PG&E in 2000 as a Project Manager in their New Revenue Development Organization (which develops PG&E’s non-tariff products) and has served in several positions in New Revenue Development prior to her current position.
Additionally, she promotes diversity and inclusion at PG&E by supporting the Women’s Network Employee Resource Group. Kcammee is also passionate about employee development and mentoring and has actively promoted and participated in the company mentoring program since 2010.
Her accomplishments include serving as the Program Manager in 2013/2014 for a matrixed team of 18 – 25 project managers and supervisors responsible for the Hydrostatic Testing and Dig Programs and an annual budget of $200M including expense and capital portfolios. Under her focused leadership, her team completed 335 miles of hydrostatic testing and executed the portfolio both on time and within budget.
