Keith Therence has thirty two years of electric distribution capacity planning experience with Xcel Energy, New Century Energies, and Public Service Company of Colorado. Over the years, Keith has been involved with the design and planning of the primary feeder distribution systems in the Ft. Collins, Sterling, Greeley, and Central Denver Metro Areas, which includes the Downtown Network System. Annually, he is involved with the development of five-year electrical load forecasts for distribution feeders and substation banks; and with the development plans associated with new feeders, substation banks, and/or substations within in his areas. As required, he is involved with evaluating and modifying procedures, and designs associated with the Downtown Network system.
