Kelly Garcia

As Southern California Edison’s principal manager of the Government & Institutions segment, Kelly focuses on meeting the customer service needs and supporting the energy strategies of federal, state, and institutional customers throughout the service territory. With more than 25 years of utility experience, she has worked in and led a wide range of organizations focused on everything from environmental compliance to grid modernization research. This has allowed her the unique experiences of hiking in the Sierras to access remote hydroelectric facilities to hosting international visitors at SCE’s advanced research laboratories to share SCE’s advancements in grid technology.
Kelly holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Energy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a project management certification from the University of California, Irvine.
When she isn’t working, you’ll find Kelly traveling with her family, binge watching the latest Amazon Prime or Netflix series, or exploring Yelp for the next great food spot.
