Kenneth T Forward is currently a Change Management Consultant and co-founder of PG&E’s SALT (Strategy Allies Leading Transparency) Task Force. In this role, Ken and colleagues, are responsible for operationalizing the PG&E People & Culture and Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategy, by focusing on human values, as well as PG&E’s virtues and purpose. They take a white glove service approach, meeting teams/individuals where they are, to supporting them by providing human empowering service programs and coaching.
Ken was born in Florida but grew up in the Bay Area. He proudly calls the two-coasts home. He holds two degrees in Electrical & Metallurgical Engineer respectively, with minors in math, physics, statics, and philosophy.
During his 19 years with PG&E. Ken has held multiple roles as an individual contributor and as a leader in the Generation, Electric Operations, IT, and Law, Strategy & Policy organizations. With over 25 years of work experience in numerous industries, such as Energy, Transportation, Construction, and Technology. Impacting over $1billion dollars in bottom line business outcomes in his professional career. Ken’s career engagements are only outshined by his need, desire, and self-imposed responsibility to support/help others.
He is the current president of PG&E’s NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) Network group. One of the three PG&E engineering resource groups. He is also a member of MAK (Minds of All Kinds), PG&E’s Diversity & Inclusion as well as Compliance & Ethic councils. When his is not working. Ken enjoys mentoring, volunteering with local community groups, music, the gym, and hanging out with family and friends.
